Examples for my fees. If you are not sure how to calculate the fees please contact me for more details:

• (44+ weeks per year) 8am–6pm £40.00 per day, £1.25 every 15 m after 6 pm to 8pm,or befor 8:00 am.
• (School term only) 8am–6pm £45.00 per day, £1.5 every 15 m after 6 pm to 8pm ,or befor 8:00 am. (no fees for school holiday) .

Part-time (10 - 39 hours per week / Mondays to Fridays): 8am–6pm

• (School term only) 8am–6pm £5.5 per Hour, £1.5 every 15 m after 6 pm to 8pm,or befor 8:00 am (no fees for school holiday) .

One-off, Occasional and emergency (2 - 8 hours per week)

• Mondays to Fridays: 7am–8pm, £6 per hour.

Evening childminding only:

Mondays to Saturdays 8pm-midnight: £6per hour/£8 per hour for siblings max.3 children.
no minimum charge, or Booking Fee.

Saturdays: 8am–5pm £6 per hour, £1.75 every 15 m after 5 pm to 8pm.

Sundays, Bank Holidays & special occasion: 

(For example: Valentines Day, the Christmas Day and New Year Day):

8am–6pm £7 per hour, from 6pm-midnight :£8 per hour/£10 per hour for siblings. no minimum charge, or Booking Fee.

Overnight: Call in advance to check the availability and to book your place. 

Mondays to Thursdays:

• Infants under 1 year old: fixed fee £35 per night (max 12 hours).
• Children over 1 year old: fixed fee £25 per night (max 12 hours).

Extra hours (more than 12 hours) are charged at £5 per hour.

Fridays and Saturdays:

• Infants under 1 year old: fixed fee £45 per night (max 12 hours).
• Children over 1 year old: fixed fee £35 per night (max 12 hours).

Extra hours (more than 12 hours) are charged at £6 per hour.

General Notes: 

• All my fees are paid in advance
• Late payment fee: £5 per day per child (after three days of delay, child's place will be withdrawn until fees are paid)
• Non-agreed late collection fee: £5 per day + the normal fee for the extra hours 
• For children attending term time only, if parents need to hold their child’s place open, a retainer of 50% of fees will be due during school holiday.
• Parent holidays, for non-school term, are payable at 50% of fees,and only when they gives me writen agreed notice which usaly betwen 2 to 4 weeks notice, and only for a maximum of 4 weeks.
• Child absences are payable in full; as place cannot be filled on short notice and fees are paid to assisstants.
• My holidays and sickness are not payable.
• I charge for any contracted hours, whether or not your child is in my care. This includes bank holidays (if they fall on a normal contracted day) and playgroup times; as I will still be responsble of the child.
• I require at least three days notice for any change in the weekly schedule; as I plan my week three days ahead. Any less charge upon these changes will not count, but the extra working hours will count. 
• If the daily times must vary from week to week, I shall agree with parents on a minimum weekly charge, and parents should provide me with the weekly schedule at least one week in advance. These days are needed to organize my schedule and avoid any conflict with other reserved slots. Without these three days notice I cannot guarantee the availability of the requested times.
• Discounted rates for siblings. At least one full time (40+ hours per week).
• Employer vouchers could be accepted.

All sessions are payable in advance (daily, weekly or monthly as agreed with parents)
